What data we collect
When you sign up for the private alpha, we collect the information you provide (e.g. name, email, country, selected trophy types, optional approximate counts, and any optional notes).
When you use the launch notification form, we collect the email address you provide so we can notify you when TrophyX goes live.
We may also collect technical data required to operate the website (e.g. IP address, browser, timestamps).
How we use your data
We use your data to:
- process your request
- contact you regarding the private alpha
- send launch notifications if you requested them
- improve the platform
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. Data is only shared where necessary to operate the website (e.g. with technical service providers engaged by Token Factory AG).
Data retention
We keep data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes.
